Saturday, 21st June 2025 :Paul and Chris Butcher were approached by St Georges Church to participate in their summer fair and we shall be exhibiting in the pews, as well as tables externally. We shall also use browsers if necessary. The exhibits in this case include all crafts as well as paintings at a price point of max. £50.00. These should be no larger than A3.
Exhibiting fee is set at £1.00 and a self-fill label will be exchanged for the payment. 10% commission applies.
Drop off:
St Georges Church Hall Bickley between 10.00 and 12.00 on Wednesday 18th June or between 9.30 and 10.00 on the day. All exhibits to be retrieved by 4.00 to 4.30 on the day. No storage or transportation available.
We would also like to encourage the artists to spend some time at the Exhibition to mingle with the public and give an insight into their work.
